**This Course will take place via Zoom – Meeting Links will be sent via email before each class**
Qigong amounts to a universal language of movement, energetics, and healing. In this series, we will decode the movements, postures, breathwork, and mental attention used across all qigong styles through the lens of Chinese medicine. Although high quality qigong is often taught from the perspective of modern TCM, it’s crucial to understand practices in the context of the medicine of their day in order to apply them effectively and personally today. In this series we will explore the fundamental elements of medical qigong with explanations of theory from a classical perspective.
In this course you will:
- Gain understanding of the qigong you are doing (or learning for the first time).
- Be able to select and adapt qigong for yourself and your patients’ benefit.
- Be able to design new practices based on authentic foundations.
