my apologies as I revisited this I see my post was very confusing. I was referencing a special middle of the night meditation that Ann initiated last fall for an eclipse – I ought not to have titled it a ripple. It was not a ripple! I had missed the first 10 minutes and was curious words had to say. She said she’d only have few words to say.
I do not make it often to the ripples in the pond but there are no rules. They are opportunities to gather as a group to ripple into the world energy and focus on 2 points. Take in the education on the points and perception from Ann and meet it all in the acu point of your body. Meditate on it. Needle it on yourself. Needle it on a phantom body as Ann does. Receive it from the group if you need to. Perhaps get into the state that embodies the point energetics and emanate! These are all things you can do. They might trickle into your clinic that week too! I hope this helps and I do apologize for my confusing post.
