3. No Endorsement: Practitioners acknowledge that being listed in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by Classical Wellness Portal LLC or Ann Cecil-Sterman. The listing is a service for practitioners and clients and should not be construed as an approval or validation of the practitioner’s skills or qualifications.
4. Restricted Use of Names in Advertising: Practitioners are permitted to mention their study or association with Ann and Classical Wellness Portal LLC in advertising and promotional materials. Under no circumstances should any advertising or promotional material suggest endorsement or recommendation by Ann or Classical Wellness Portal LLC.
5. Accuracy of Information: Practitioners agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about their qualifications and experience. It is the practitioner’s responsibility to maintain and update this information regularly.
6. Compliance with Training and Legal Practice: By registering, practitioners confirm that they have completed all modules in the Mentorship Program and are competent in their practice. Practitioners agree to comply with all legal and professional standards applicable to their practice.
7. Privacy and Data Protection: We commit to protecting the privacy and security of personal information. The collection, use, and protection of personal data will be in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: Practitioners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classical Wellness Portal LLC against any claims arising from their misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or professional conduct. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our directory.
