Efthymios Foteinos

Efthymios started working with people in 2012 as a mental health specialist. Since 2019 he is also using Chinese medicine and acupuncture, assisting people who struggle with psychosomatic conditions and trauma.

He holds the European certificate for Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture. In 2024 he completed the Mentorship program with Ann Cecil Sterman.

He offers treatments in person in Athens, Greece as well as remotely.

He is greatly interested in the mind, the emotions and the spirit and the interrelationship they have with the body and its healing.

He works with the person and not the problem, focusing on the cause and not the symptom.
