I have been practicing Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1999. I am dedicated to learning and sharing the wisdom of this ancient art for more than 25 years. I am fascinated with the concepts and theories of this medicine and work to share the treasures with my clients to ensure that they too have the knowledge to facilitate and support their own healing and personal growth.

I completed Ann Cecil Sterman's inaugural Acupuncture Mentorship program of 2023. Since studying with Anne, my depth of understanding Chinese medicine and acupuncture has broadened. The continued integration of classical acupuncture in my practice is creating deeper, longer and sustained health outcomes for my patients.
