When I began my Chinese Medicine education, I knew very little about alternatives to the western medicine paradigm. What I did know, from years of owning a fitness studio, was that the movement of energy, in any capacity, was necessary to maintain a healthy and happy life. Years later, I am convinced the path to improving our collective health is to focus on those days when we feel slightly off – a little more tired than normal, an increase of stress or anxiety, a nagging neck cramp, or feeling a little moody. Classical Chinese medicine is a powerful tool to remind our bodies how to recalibrate when we get knocked out of balance. More powerfully, classical Chinese medicine assists in the flow of life’s path to address chronic issues. The human spirit has infinite capacity for wellness, and this medicine reminds us how to access that extraordinary gift.

Nadja Brown Ramsay has been a practitioner and continuing student of Chinese Medicine since 2012. She has been a repeat student in her study of Chinese Dietary Therapy with Master Jeffrey Yuen, and has studied Chinese Medical Aromatherapy and Stone Medicine with him as well. Cathy is a devoted and passionate acupuncturist who is committed to helping people of all ages achieve greater freedom and wellness. Her approach is rooted in heart-centered care, which is one of the greatest loves of her life. She specializes in treating musculoskeletal, immune, digestive, gynecological, and emotional conditions, all of which are closely linked to emotions according to Chinese Medicine.

I am trained in TCM and recently in the more ancient style of Classical Acupuncture. This is a less practised way but in my mind, the most comprehensive of all; a complete tool kit to treat all conditions. It not only deals with the day to day functioning of the body but can treat chronic degenerative diseases and emotional imbalances that can eventually lead to disease. Efthymios started working with people in 2012 as a mental health specialist. Since 2019 he is also using Chinese medicine and acupuncture, assisting people who struggle with psychosomatic conditions and trauma.
He holds the European certificate for Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture. In 2024 he completed the Mentorship program with Ann Cecil Sterman.
He offers treatments in person in Athens, Greece as well as remotely.
He is greatly interested in the mind, the emotions and the spirit and the interrelationship they have with the body and its healing.
He works with the person and not the problem, focusing on the cause and not the symptom.

Adina, a practitioner of Chinese medicine, specializes in addressing diverse physical and emotional concerns through Classical Acupuncture and Emotional support. Her journey began with a Master’s in Psychology from FDU, followed by studies in Chinese Medicine at Broshim, Tel Aviv University.
At her Modiin clinic, Adina integrates ancient Chinese healing methods with contemporary psychological insights, recognizing the intrinsic connection between mind and body. She firmly believes that every physical ailment traces back to emotional roots and endeavors to guide clients in understanding the emotional sources of their symptoms, thereby initiating a profound healing process.
Sessions with Adina encompass acupuncture, meaningful conversations, and strategies for mindset shifts and lasting change. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of Chinese medicine’s dietary and nutritional principles in sustaining balance and well-being.
Adina completed Ann Cecil-Sterman’s Mentorship program in 2023 and continues to study and gain from the profound knowledge and teachings of Ann Cecil-Sterman, Andrew Sterman and Cody Dodo.

I am a licensed Acupuncture Practitioner, trained at the Superior School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Barcelona, in affiliation with the University of the Atlantic of Santander, where I completed four years of study in Chinese Medicine.
My main focus is on Classical Acupuncture, deeply inspired by the teachings of Ann Cecil-Sterman, in the lineage of Jeffrey Yuen. I have completed Ann´s mentorship program and continue study with her, further refining my undestanding and practice of Classical Acupuncture.
