I am feeling very confused about finding
hidden pulses.
Do you push down into the bone at 15beans,
then come up to 14beans- note what you feel-
then push back down to 15 beans and note what
you feel?
OR
Do you push down into the bone at 15beans
-note what you feel- come up to 14beans,
then push down to 15 beans and not what
you feel again?

Hi Hannah,
You push down to 15 beans (squeezing into the bone) and then release to 14 beans (the point where you can just feel the qi barely emerging). At 14 beans, you ask your question “In what position/s to I feel something going on?” Then return to 15 beans and ask yourself did what you felt disappear or remain evident? D for divergent (it disappeared). E for Eight Extra (it’s still evident).
