Synovial cyst on LU-9 on left – Moxa with luo treament ??

I have patient with a Synovial cyst straight on LU-9 on left wrist.
I wanted to do a lung luo treatment, but I have a few questions before proceeding…

How do I think cyst on LU-9? It it only lung luo related, or can I also think of the fact that it is on Heart pulse position?
What else can I inquire on to make distinction if required ?

Once I bleed cyst, can I moxa LU-9 area as suggested after protocol of bleeding, or does maxo on that point could put heat in lung meridian or affect Heart via pulse position??

I western medicine way of thinking cyst, if you just empty them without removing sac, they will refill eventually…Do I bleed with goal of emptying sac I see, or just superficially bleed not have a full emptying in mind but more based on reaction of relief of patient. (even if it happens before sac is emptied)
