Instructions
Prepare: Take your time to review the Five application questions, so you feel prepared before filming.
- What is your current occupation?
- Would this be your first time learning with me?
- What’s your biggest challenge at the moment?
- Do you have any fears / insecurities / doubts regarding your path, or career as a practitioner?
- What would you love to happen as a result of being in this mentorship program?
Film: Using the front camera on your smartphone, press record to film yourself answering the 5 application questions. This video should be NO LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES.
- Open the ‘camera’ app on your phone. In the bottom right corner, there should be a circular arrow icon that flips to the front camera, allowing you to see your own face
- Click record, and film yourself answering the 5 application questions. (If you like, you can repeat the question before answering it, e.g. ‘My current occupation is’… ‘This is/is not my first time learning from you’… ‘My biggest challenge at the moment is…’, ‘My biggest insecurity with being an acupuncturist is…’, ‘After this mentorship, I would like to feel…’)
- Once you have finished answering the questions, stop recording. The video will automatically save in your gallery.
- There is no need to edit, double take or overthink your video. If you make a mistake, keep going.
Submit: On your smartphone, open this submission page and upload your video. If you're using a desktop computer, simply drag and drop your video in the field specified above.
- In the field labelled ‘Upload Your Video File’, click this field and a dropdown menu will appear.
- Select ‘Photo Library.’ This will open your photo library where your recently recorded video will be visible.
- Click your video, and allow for the video to completely upload. As the video is uploading, DO NOT CLOSE OR CHANGE WINDOWS, as this may cancel the uploading process.
- Once your video has successfully uploaded, complete the remaining fields and press ‘SUBMIT’
- You will then receive a confirmation email containing a FREE LESSON to enjoy as your application is being reviewed.
